I ordered 2 identical products and received one. After contacting More4, they said it was their fault, and they were now out of stock. I expected a partial refund, which would have been fair. Instead, I was given a full refund. No discussion, they just offered it. I will always check More4 in the future to see if they have what I need, before going anywhere else!
