Seamless Return and Exchange Policy
At More4less, we prioritize your satisfaction above all else. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 60 days of the sale date, provided it meets the following guidelines:
Accepted Items:
- Unopened with the original seal intact
- There is no evidence of tampering or alterations to the product
- All original parts, accessories, and packaging must be included as received
Before initiating a return, please reach out to us via email at More4less@More4lessshop.org, and we'll personally assist you. We view this as more than just a transaction; it's a partnership. We're here to listen to your input, address your concerns, and ensure that we correct any issues, not only for you but for all our valued customers.
More4less will send you a prepaid return slip to print out, making the process seamless. This applies to qualifying exchanges as well. In the case of a refund, we'll issue it promptly within 3 days. Please note that More4less is not responsible for any additional processing time caused by your financial institution.

Shipping and Processing
Shipping
To better serve our customers and add additional savings to each order, More4less covers your shipping costs. All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage from our facility in Burlington, KY. Shipping times vary depending on weather conditions, location, and any unforeseen postal circumstances. On average, customers receive their items within two to three business days after shipment.
Please note that once USPS has your package, it's out of the hands of More4less. We are not responsible for USPS operations. However, More4less will assist in providing information, but you must file a claim with USPS and follow their guidelines for lost, damaged, or missing products.
Processing
All orders placed Monday through Friday before 9 p.m. Eastern time will be processed that evening. Items will be packaged, and a dispatch email with tracking information will be sent out. Please ensure that More4less@More4lessshop.org is not in your spam box, as we promise never to spam your inbox. We have yet to send out any non-order communications to customers. Promotional items will be accessible via our social media channels.
Orders placed outside of the above-listed time will be processed over the weekend and handed over to USPS on Monday morning.
Please keep in mind any weather events or delays posted on the USPS website. Additionally, USPS typically takes about 24 hours before providing online tracking updates from the tracking number we provide you.
Order Process Example:
- Bob places an order at 7 p.m. on Tuesday
- Bob receives a confirmation email within minutes of placing the order
- The order shows up in the More4less system for processing within an hour
- The order will be pulled from stock and processed that evening or the following evening if it was placed after 9 pm Eastern.
- Once the order is placed, shipping tracking and updates are sent via email to Bob from More4less
- More4less will drop the package off at the post office the following morning
- The post office will update tracking information on its website within 24 hours of collection
- Bob receives the item in 3 days, leaves a great review, and becomes a returning friend of More4less
In the Rare Case of Lost, Late Packages, or Mailing Issues
In the rare case of lost, late packages, or mailing issues, More4less will encourage the customer to communicate with their local postal office. While we have encountered such situations, it's not easy for Chad, the owner of More4less, to advise on your behalf. The party receiving the package often has better luck addressing these issues directly.
If you receive a package that has been damaged or missing items, please hold onto the package and contact More4less with photos and any information that can be used to file a report with USPS. This is a painful process that will require both More4less and the customer to resolve an issue for which neither of us is at fault.
We will always support our customers and advocate on your behalf if an issue occurs. We've shipped over 1,000 items at the time of this entry and have only had one damaged item and one missing item. Knock on wood; those are pretty good odds! As for items being late, 80% arrive within 2–3 days. Around the holidays, we tend to have more delays, with our longest being 7 days.
