Why didn't my call get answered?

As crazy as it may sound I listed my real cell phone number online. I receive many calls from all over the USA and most are spam. I let all unknown numbers go to V.M. for review and return calls. So leave a V.M. stating you're calling in regards to the online store More4less. Feel free to send a text message for a quicker response.
Why don't you answer the instant messenger on the store?

If you utilize the chat now box and I don't reply, chances are it's a technical issue. I've replied 100% of the time within one minute of notification. I hope the errors and kinks can be worked out over time. If you don't get an answer, please email More4less@more4lessshop.org That is the best way to reach me. Keep in mind that I'm on Eastern time and work most of the day. I get home in the evening to process many of the orders and return calls and emails.

Processing Time-Returns and Orders
How long after I make an order before it's shipped?

If an order is placed between Monday and Friday from 8 am and 8 pm (Eastern Time), it will be processed and delivered to USPS within 24 hours. For orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday), processing may occur, but delivery to USPS will take place on the following Monday. We always strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Please note that orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If I'm home on the weekend, I will place the order that day, of course. If I'm not home, then items will be processed on Sunday evening and shipped the following day (Monday)
What if I don't get a tracking number?

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and include a tracking number. The tracking number will be provided in the dispatch email sent upon order processing. It is recommended that customers remove More4less@More4lessshop.org from their spam folder to ensure they receive all email communications. The one exception will be orders that can be sent USPS First Class mail. This is extremely rare, but it does happen when the product is really light and can fit in a standard envelope. There will be no tracking; however, you will be notified if this is the case.
What if I want to return an item?

Returns are possible and do occur occasionally. I have a strict return policy in place, but I am open to addressing any concerns if you contact me at More4less@More4lessshop.org It's important to note that my prices are significantly below market value, and I cover the shipping costs. I am also known for giving away free items, some of which may be more valuable than your original order. There are certain items that I make very little profit on, and in some cases, I even pay customers to take them. My goal is to ensure that every customer has a positive experience with More4less, but it's important to acknowledge that this is a mutual relationship and there may be instances of disappointment. If this applies to you, please reach out via email so we can address the issue together.
Will I get order confirmation?

Yes, you'll receive two emails in regard to your order. The first is a simple confirmation, and the second is a dispatch order. You'll receive it in the dispatch order. Please take More4less@More4lessshop.org off your spam list.
My order tracking code isn't correct.

All tracking numbers are automatically included in your dispatch email to prevent any errors. Typing in a large number of digits can often lead to mistakes, which is likely why you are reviewing this now. To ensure accuracy, I recommend copying and pasting the tracking number instead of manually writing it down or retyping it. There have been 20–30 inquiries regarding tracking numbers, all of which were due to incorrect entries or attempts to track too soon. I advise waiting for 24 hours before attempting to track a shipment using the provided tracking number.

In the 21st century, there are countless devices that access the internet, making it almost impossible to establish a universal coding process. Basically, there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all in the tech world. Websites can drastically change in appearance when reviewed on some devices. I own the domain; however, More4less is still hosted by a third party. They assist with many of the tech issues I come across. If you encounter something strange on a web page, it most likely will correct itself in time. Feel free to contact me if you notice errors that have not been corrected over time.
Currently, all the products I sell are brand new, but in the future, I might consider adding a section for used items. (Explain what is meant by "new.") For those who are particularly concerned about the condition of the items, I encourage you to read our page on how I source our products. Although all the items are new and unused, some may have minor wear on the packaging, removed crimps, or tags that were taken off by previous sellers. All items with expiration dates are checked prior to placing online; if the date has passed, the item is tossed. If the expiration date does pass while the item is on the shelf and we notice it during shipping, we will contact you before proceeding with the order.

Yes, More4less is owned and operated by one individual and currently marketed to online sales only. It would be ideal to open a small storefront; however, that would require significant growth, and currently, I just don't see it in the near future.
